Chipping Sodbury, South Gloucestershire

Maximus is promoting land at Chipping Sodbury, which was acquired in June 2009. The mixed-use site extends to 180 acres and can accommodate up to 750 houses, a primary school and an extra care village. It has been identified in South Gloucestershire’s emerging plan to help meet the housing and employment needs of the area.
