In a Joint Venture with Bloor Homes, we’re promoting through the South Gloucestershire Local Plan Review, a c60Ha site primarily of undeveloped agricultural land and pasture located immediately north of the village of Warmley, east of the suburban Bristol-fringe town of Kingswood.

The Vision comprises 900 new homes, a mixed-use local centre, primary school, Park & Ride, allotments and a community orchard.
