Land to the north of Old Burcot Lane is being promoted through the Bromsgrove District Local Plan Review by Maximus and Bloor Homes Western as a mixed-use extension to the town, comprising residential and employment uses.

The 40-acre site lies within the Green Belt and immediately adjoins the urban area of Bromsgrove to the west.

This Vision Document demonstrates how the Site could deliver 420 new homes, a new business park, a new country park and areas of public open space, with contributions to improvements to the A38 road corridor.
